DIGITAL FILES SETUP
FRONTIER
We accept CD in ISO 9660 format. RGB pc files 300 dpi or
less. Please size your files exactly to the sizes offered or the printer will crop
them. Include borders if desired. Printer crops photos 1/16 inch all around.
Sizes offered: 3 1/5 x 5, 4 x 5, 4 x 6, 5 x 7, 8 x 10,
8 x 12, 10 x 15.
LIGHTJET
We accept CD’s, Zip’s or Jazz’s. Paper prints 200 dpi,
Supergloss and backlit transparencies 300 dpi.
POLAROID FILM RECORDER
35mm slides: 2689 x 4032 pixels
4 X 5 output: 6272 x 8064 pixels

REPRODUCTION GRADE
Exact sizing, critical color matching, very precise cropping, extensive
burning/dodging, extreme blowups (enlargement of less than 50% of the
negative area), diffusion and vignetting are all considered Reproduction Grade
services. Digital manipulation is charged at an hourly basis.
OPEN ACCOUNTS
Open accounts are available to qualified businesses and individuals. To open
account customers statements are net 30. Past due accounts are placed on
COD until brought current.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Submission of any film, print, artwork, digital media or other material to
CHROMATEK for processing, printing or handling constitutes an agreement
by you that any damage to the material submitted or loss of the same by
CHROMATEK, our subsidiaries, or agents due to any reason or cause
including, but not limited to, our negligence or other fault, fire, flood, storm,
theft, or mechanical failure, or by any other cause, will only entitle you to a
replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing or raw
digital media. The acceptance by CHROMATEK of film, prints, artwork or
digital media is without other expressed or implied warranty of liability, and
recovery for any incidental or consequencial damages is excluded.
CHROMATEK assumes no liability for loss or damage to orders in transit to
or from CHROMATEK.
COPYRIGHT
Any agent submitting any copyrighted material to CHROMATEK, assumes
total liability for any infringements to the current copyright laws.
